The Expert and You.

How do I know if I need an expert witness?

The Expert Witness does not handle the case and acts as your attorney. His job is to act as a resource for your attorney in specific subject matters.

If you believe a matter requires the assistance of an objective, independent expert in firearms and firearms-related matters, please have your attorney contact me.

Why should I hire an expert versus someone who shoots at the gun range or a basic armorer?

As a certified Firearms Examiner, Mr. Watkins has handled over 10,000 firearms. This ranges from firearms that pre-date the Civil War to present-day firearms.
